well since my journal seems to be the debate area. Heres another topic.
Should schools teach teens to abstain or actual sex education?
My obvious answer is to teach sex education. Telling teens its wrong and they shouldnt do it isn't going to stop them, if not from media and peer pressure just out of hormonal overload and curiosity. So we give them no information about how std's are caught, proper bith control contraceptives, and what do we end up with? A higher amount of unwanted teen pregnacies, which leads to teen parenthood ( which we all know pretty much fucks the kid and teen for the next 18 years) or more abortions.
